SHIPPING

We offer free international shipping. You will be given an indication of the estimated delivery time when you receive an email to confirm the goods have been dispatched to you. It takes around 3 weeks, given the sourcing of the finest raw materials, the meticulous handcrafting by some of the best women and men in the industry. Only a limited quantity is produced and stocked, therefore, the delivery time should be within that estimated window. Elsetone’s teams will try their best to meet the estimated delivery but cannot guarantee that such estimate can be met as exceptional events can occur.

You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept that signature of the recipient or collector is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order by Elsetone. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Special Arrangements
- For peak seasons and special occasions (Celebrations’ Days) pricing, delivery charges, order cut-off times, delivery and/or pick-up times may be altered;
- Adverse weather conditions may cause a delay in the delivery of your order. You will be notified by the supplier as soon as possible with the rescheduled delivery date and time of your order.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 90 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we will provide you with the return address. To return your product, you should mail your product to our return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Given the prices of the items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any customer who violates Elsetone Operations Policies, or engages in inappropriate behaviour, or illegal activities against Elsetone) may suffer the following consequences:
- The customer may be blacklisted by Elsetone;
- Elsetone may not accept future orders from the customer in-store and/or online;
- Elsetone may decline the customer’s request to return or exchange any Merchandise.

The decision as to whether a customer has violated Elsetone Operations Policies or abused Elsetone Returns Policy or engaged in inappropriate behaviour remains within Elsetone’s sole discretion and its decision shall be final. Suspected illegal activities will be referred to Elsetone's legal department for further investigation and action.
